- A: Yes, please provide your detailed English address, including name, phone number, zip code, email address, city, province, country.
- Q: Do we have payment processing fees?
- A: We do not charge any payment processing fees.
- Q: What shipping methods are available? How long can I receive my order?
- A: We provide standard shipping, when you shop, the page will show the available logistics according to your destination, you can choose from them.
- Q: If I choose standard shipping, how long can I receive my order?
- A: Depending on the different destinations, the delivery time for this shipping method is about 7-15 days.
- Q: When will my order be shipped?
- A: Confirmed orders are usually processed within 7 working days (except pre-sale orders).
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a notification via email.
- Q: What if the item I received is damaged?
- A: If the item you received has a major manufacturing defect (such as a broken product or missing parts), we will be happy to exchange it for an identical undamaged item;
If the item is out of stock, it can be exchanged for another item of equal value or refunded.
Please send all return inquiries to (support@toptoylands.com) within three (3) days from the date of receipt, and attach relevant photos of the damaged item.
Once a defect request is sent, it is subject to approval.
- Q: What if I want a refund for personal reasons?
- A: If the item has been shipped, due to force majeure (including but not limited to strikes, riots, wars, terrorist activities, public health events, major epidemics, etc.), the delivery time is longer than usual, and a refund is required for personal reasons, please note that the shipping fee is not refundable and you should refuse to accept the package after it arrives.
The refund will be completed after the return logistics is updated.
Please note that due to privacy protection policies, local couriers in some countries will not notify the recipient when the package is delivered.
They usually put the package directly in the mailbox, front door, garden, front desk, garage or other places.
Please follow up the logistics progress in time and pay attention to tracking the package to avoid losing the package.
